Facilities of Manipal University : Manipal University has six main central libraries, Health Sciences Library Manipal, Health Sciences Library Mangalore, MIT Library, SOC Library, WGSHA Library, as well as SOM Library.

It is required that all candidates stay in the University Hostels. It is obligatory for all first-year candidates to reside in the Hostels. However,
first-year candidates desirous of staying outside under their own arrangements should submit a consent letter from their Parents duly suggested by their HOI and forward it to the Director, of candidate Affairs for the necessary permission.
These candidates should also give their local address, contact/mobile number, as well as subsequent changes if any to their College Office and Director, candidate Affairs without fail. arena,
